Do you offer any Halal options for sweets?
Yes, all of our Halal options can be found by filtering by ‘Dietary Requirements’ in our You Pick We Mix section, or selecting 'Halal' Sweets under Products on our Home Page.
Do you offer any Gluten-Free options for sweets?
Yes, all of our Gluten-Free options can be found by selecting 'Gluten-Free' Sweets under Products on our Home Page.
Will you notify me when my candy has been shipped?
Yes. You will first receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and paid for. Once processed, you will receive an 'order completed' email, which means your candy has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
How can I find Allergens and the Ingredients for each product?

What is the Best Before date on your Pick & Mix Sweets?
We recommend consuming your sweets within 4 weeks of delivery
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled provided we have not started processing it or it hasn’t been dispatched via courier.
